BOH is happy to share that we have launched BOH’s Ummph Points, a loyalty programme to give BOH customers points for every purchase they make on the BOH Website and our tea shops in Cameron Highlands!

The points collection is now applicable on the BOH Malaysia Website and the BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands. Points redemption is only available for the BOH Malaysia Website. Points redemption at the BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands will be launched soon.

To start collecting your BOH Ummph Points, you will first need to create your own BOH account, which you can do from the link below

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants in the BOH Ummph Points Loyalty Program must be customers who make purchases on BOH’s Ecommerce platform or at our two (2) BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands.
2. Collecting Points :
   • • Participants collect points at a rate of 1 point for every Ringgit spent on eligible purchases.
     • Points are awarded based on the final transaction amount, excluding shipping fees.
     • Purchases made on the BOH Online Shop will be captured to your online account automatically after a successful transaction
     • For points collection at the BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands:
     • Step 1: Open your account on the BOH Online Store
     • Step 2: Scroll to Earn Points and show your QR code to the cashier
     • Step 3: Cashier will scan the QR code and your points will be credited upon successful transaction. After this stage, you can log out from your account.
     • Points collection is only applicable at the Tea Shops and not the BOH Tea Cafés in Cameron Highlands.
3. Redemption:
   • • Points can be redeemed once a participant accumulates 100 points, providing a RM1.00 discount on purchases.
     • Points have no cash value and can only be used for discounts on the BOH Online Shop and BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands.
     • On the BOH Online Shop, points can be redeemed at the check out page. A section before the total value will have a space to insert the number of points you wish to redeem
     • For points redemption at the BOH Tea Shops in Cameron Highlands (To be launched soon):
     • Step 1: Open your account on the BOH Online Store
     • Step 2: Click Redeem Points and Insert the amount you will like to redeem (Example, enter 1000 Points to redeem RM10.00)
     • Step 3: Generate the QR code and show to the cashier at the BOH Tea Shop.
     • Step 4: Cashier will scan the QR code and your points will be deducted and the discount amount will be applied on your purchase. After this stage, you can log out from your account.
     • Points redemption is only applicable at the Tea Shop and not the Tea Café at both Tea Centres.
4. Points Expiry:
   • Points expire 12 months from the date of acquisition.
5. Point Transfers:
   • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the participant who earned them.
6. Program Modifications:
   • BOH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its discretion.
7. Fraudulent Activity:
   • Any fraudulent activities, such as manipulating points or abusing the BOH Points, may result in disqualification from the Loyalty Programme.
8. Privacy Policy:

9. Communications:
   • Participants may receive occasional communications related to the Programme. If you would prefer to not receive any communications on from us, you have the option to stop receiving notifications when you receive our emails.
10. Governing Law:
    • The terms of conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
